Hi~Hola! I live in the beautiful city of Virginia Beach. But I’m a born-raised Jersey girl with Puerto Rican and Taino roots!

I am a Certified Administrative Professional and Founder of VOIS, LLC.

VOIS stands for Virtual Office Internet Services. I provide administrative services remotely from anywhere around the globe.

Serving busy entrepreneurs that don’t have the time or don’t like to work on the detailed tasks. Such as, calendar management to social media management. And creating organizational systems for startups to help them launch their business. From templates to creating a company operational manual.


I have been featured as an InnovateHer Finalist from the ODU Business Gateway, also as 2012 Top 10 to Watch Honoree from the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.

On a personal note, I am a mother of four grown kids, including twin boys who will soon be Marines. The following are a couple of things that I love:

Carmen has been a huge help to me! While I love business, the administrative side is an area where I’ve always struggled. Carmen sends reminders a few days out when the newsletter is due in addition to reminders; is able to send over test emails and newsletters to make sure I’m ok with how they’re formatted, and quickly sends over the edited revisions. She always answers emails quickly, is super professional, and is clear in her communication. She is very easy to work with, and helps to make the administrative side of my business so much more smooth! I also really appreciate that I can send her email addresses of new clients which she adds in the stored database, as that was also one task that I had previously never gotten around to.
